Therapy & Support

Personalised one-to-one work with Žana Barros Da Silva

There are difficulties we can understand very clearly and still find difficult to change.

Žana Barros Da Silva

A person may know that they need stronger boundaries but continue to feel guilty whenever they say no. They may understand that a painful relationship has ended while still carrying the same beliefs into new situations. Someone may appear confident and capable to other people while privately living with a persistent sense that they are not good enough.

Žana offers one-to-one work using Rapid Transformational Therapy for adults who want to explore patterns such as these in greater depth.

The work is offered through structured programmes rather than ordinary hourly appointments. Each programme begins with a detailed initial consultation, followed by the agreed therapeutic work, personalised audio where included, and follow-up support.

Areas of support

Žana commonly works with people who want support around:

  • low self-esteem;
  • lack of confidence;
  • limiting beliefs;
  • the feeling of not being good enough;
  • fears and emotional blocks;
  • difficulty setting boundaries;
  • guilt around saying no or prioritising personal needs;
  • recurring relationship or emotional patterns;
  • rebuilding after separation;
  • significant life and family changes;
  • relocation, identity and belonging;
  • feeling stuck despite understanding intellectually what they would like to change.

These are examples of the concerns people may bring to the work rather than diagnoses. Two people experiencing what appears to be the same difficulty may have very different experiences and beliefs behind it.

Support after separation

Žana has a particular interest in working with women rebuilding their lives after separation.

The end of a relationship can involve far more than grief for the relationship itself. A woman may be raising children, negotiating a different relationship with a former partner, dealing with practical or financial pressure and trying to establish new boundaries at the same time.

For some women, the most difficult part is recognising long-standing patterns around guilt, responsibility, self-worth or fear of conflict. They may understand that a boundary is necessary while still feeling intensely uncomfortable when they try to hold it.

The work does not tell a client what decisions to make. Its purpose is to help her understand the beliefs and emotional responses influencing those decisions so that she can act from a clearer and stronger sense of self.

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a focused therapeutic approach developed by Marisa Peer. It uses hypnosis within a structured therapeutic process to explore beliefs, emotional responses and earlier experiences that may be connected to a current difficulty.

In practical terms, a client may already know what she wants to change. She may know that she needs more confidence, healthier boundaries or a different way of responding to fear. What is often less clear is why the old response continues to feel so convincing.

Rapid Transformational Therapy provides a framework for examining those deeper associations and the meanings a person may have attached to earlier experiences.

The work is not based on the assumption that every present difficulty has one simple cause, nor is it about finding somebody to blame. The purpose is to understand the individual pattern more clearly and work towards a different way of responding.

What hypnosis means in this work

Hypnosis within Rapid Transformational Therapy is used as part of the therapeutic process. It does not mean that the client is unconscious or has surrendered control.

The client remains involved in the session and can think, speak and respond throughout the process. Žana explains what to expect before the therapeutic session so that clients can ask questions and understand how the approach is used.

People may experience hypnosis differently, and there is no expectation that every client will experience the process in exactly the same way.

How the programme works

Part 1 — Initial consultation

Every Rapid Transformational Therapy programme begins with an initial consultation lasting 30 minutes.

This consultation is not a free introductory call and is not purchased separately. It is the first part of the paid programme.

The conversation allows Žana to understand what has been happening, what the client wants to change and any relevant patterns or experiences that may help clarify the focus of the therapeutic work.

It also gives both client and practitioner an opportunity to consider whether Rapid Transformational Therapy remains appropriate for the issue being presented.

Part 2 — Rapid Transformational Therapy session

The main session takes place on a separate day and generally lasts approximately 3 hours.

The session is prepared around the focus identified during the initial consultation and is personalised to the individual.

The longer format provides enough time to work in depth rather than trying to compress the process into a conventional short appointment.

Part 3 — Personalised audio

Where included in the programme, Žana creates an individual audio recording based on the work undertaken during the session.

The recording is personalised to the client rather than being a generic recording given to everyone.

Instructions are provided for its use following the session.

Part 4 — Follow-up

Follow-up is included so that Žana can understand how the client is progressing and what they are noticing after the main session.

The purpose is not automatically to place every client into long-term weekly therapy. Further work is considered according to the individual situation and the programme selected.

Parents and major family transitions

Little Bridges Global has a strong interest in supporting families through periods of significant change.

Parents may seek one-to-one support for themselves while navigating separation, relocation, changing family relationships, confidence difficulties or uncertainty about their own boundaries and decisions.

Supporting the parent can sometimes change the wider family experience. A parent who understands their own emotional patterns and feels more confident in their boundaries may find it easier to respond to a child with greater steadiness and clarity.

Little Bridges Global also provides separate resources for parents who are primarily seeking guidance about their children rather than individual therapeutic work.

Children and teenagers

Children and teenagers are central to the wider mission of Little Bridges Global through research, resources and family-transition work.

Direct therapeutic work with minors is treated separately because it requires additional consideration of parental consent, safeguarding, confidentiality and professional scope.

The website therefore does not assume that an adult Rapid Transformational Therapy programme can simply be booked for a child.

Parents concerned about a child can explore family resources or contact Little Bridges Global to understand what route may be appropriate.

Languages and session format

Žana works fluently in English, Lithuanian and Russian.

Sessions are available online, with in-person one-to-one appointments also available in Lithuania.

Because professional requirements may differ depending on a client’s location and circumstances, suitability for remote work can be considered as part of the process where necessary.

Professional scope

Rapid Transformational Therapy may be appropriate for work involving beliefs, emotional responses, confidence, fears, boundaries and recurring patterns.

Žana does not provide medical or psychiatric diagnosis, psychological diagnostic assessment or emergency mental-health care.

The service is not intended to replace medical, psychiatric, psychological or other specialist treatment when that type of care is needed.

If a client’s situation involves immediate risk, a serious safeguarding issue, acute mental-health crisis or a need for medical or psychiatric assessment, another appropriately qualified service should be used.

Frequently asked questions

Is the initial consultation free?

No. It is Part 1 of the complete paid programme.

Do I pay before the consultation?

Yes. The selected programme is paid for when the booking is confirmed.

Do the consultation and main session happen on the same day?

Normally, no. The consultation takes place first and the longer Rapid Transformational Therapy session is arranged separately.

How long is the main session?

Generally approximately 3 hours.

What happens if Rapid Transformational Therapy is not appropriate after the first consultation?

Suitability is important. If the work should not continue, the arrangements for any undelivered part of the programme are handled according to the Booking, Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Can I work with Žana online?

Yes, where appropriate. Sessions are available online in English, Lithuanian and Russian, as well as in person in Lithuania.

Choose your programme

You do not need to choose the longest or most expensive option simply because your situation feels complicated.

The €350 programme is the appropriate starting point for many new clients with one principal area they want to address. The three-session programme is intended for broader work across several connected areas, while the 12-month private programme is designed for a much smaller number of clients seeking sustained support.
